Our Locations
Kitware's offices are in some great locations. Clifton Park is part of the greater Tech Valley Region in New York State. The area is home to fast-paced software development research, internationally-recognized chip fabrication facilities, and renowned academic institutions such as Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Clifton Park is just 30 minutes from the Adirondack Mountains, and three hours away from major urban scenes in Boston, New York City, and Montreal.

Carrboro, North Carolina, is located near Chapel Hill and the University of North Carolina, and it is part of the larger Research Triangle Park region. This area is widely-noted for rapid growth of high-technology focused firms, and for being home to several excellent universities, including Duke and NC State. The vibrancy in the area make it a great place to live, and Carrboro is also known for being a cultural hub full of award-winning restaurants and a vivid scene of music, theatre, and art.

Santa Fe is the fourth-largest city and the commercial and cultural heart of the New Mexico. Since 1943, the city has had a strong association with science and technology, and it serves as a gateway Los Alamos National Laboratory;, Sandia National Laboratories; the Santa Fe Institute for physical, biological, economic, and political sciences; and the National Center for Genome Resources (NCGR). The area also boasts crisp and temperate temperatures across all seasons, scenic views of the Santa Fe Mountains, a vibrant and growing economy, the nation’s second largest arts market, and a growing center for clean, renewable energies.

Lyon, France is home to Kitware SAS, established in 2010. It's the second-largest metropolitan area in France after Paris and is the capital of the Rhône-Alpes region. Lyon is known as a major center for industries relating to chemical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and software development. The region features more than 20 museums, a lively shopping district, and opportunities for excursions (the nearby vineyards make for a lovely afternoon trip, or so our French Kitwareans have told us).
